CERD (Community of Education, Research and Development) Foundation is a non-governmental and non-profitable organization established in April 2018, registered as Trust (Reg. No. 1549997 of 10-04-2018 and recognized by NITI Aayog, Government of India, under the registration number JK/2018/0210731). The organization is dedicated to research and development. The aim of the organization is Community Development through social welfare, helping poor and needy, environmental conservation, improvement of education, preservation of culture and heritage etc. The organization is fuelled by a young, professional and self-motivated team. It has a credible potential for conducting high-quality policy-oriented studies, seminars, conferences and highly useful training programmes. The foundation is destined to serve this planet with its greatest vigor and enthusiasm.
